This policy explains how WeAcuRe handles personal data when you request a public cultural chart or use the local contact preparation flow. Accounts, saved cases, payments, reports, and subscriptions are not available in this release.

Who this policy covers

WeAcuRe is responsible for deciding why and how personal data is used for this service. This policy applies to weacure.com and its current public chart feature. Third-party services have their own privacy terms.

Information we collect

Chart requests may include birth date and time, calendar type, gender, birth country, state or region, city, time zone, and the settings you select.
Account, saved-case, order, report, subscription, and member-support features are not available in this release, so the public pages do not collect those records.
The public contact flow prepares or copies a non-sensitive summary locally; it does not submit a support ticket.
Security records may include IP address, browser information, request time, cookie identifiers, and error or abuse signals.

Birth data is processed only to generate the current public chart output and is not saved as a member case in this release.

Birth country, state or region, and city identify the requested birth location and are used to generate the requested public chart.

How we use information

We use the minimum information reasonably needed to generate requested public charts, prepare local contact summaries, prevent abuse, maintain security, comply with law, and improve reliability.

Depending on applicable law, processing is based on your chart request, our legitimate need to secure and operate the service, or a legal obligation.

Essential cookies and security logs

Essential storage protects forms and maintains language or security state. We do not currently use third-party advertising or behavioural tracking cookies. Security logs are not used to create cultural chart interpretations.

Sharing and service providers

We may share only necessary information with providers that host and secure the public service or assist with legal compliance. Payment, checkout, and outbound support email are not enabled in this release.

We do not sell personal data.We do not use birth data or chart results to build advertising profiles.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards and notice where required.

International processing

Service providers may process information outside your country. Where required, we use contractual or other safeguards intended to provide protection comparable to applicable data protection requirements.

Retention and deletion

No single retention period applies to every record type. We keep each category only while needed for the service, security, or legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it where appropriate.

A public chart request is processed without creating saved case history. Account and case-saving features are not available in this release.

How we protect information

We use access controls, encrypted transport, restricted administrative access, session protection, input limits, logging, and other reasonable technical and organisational measures. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of consent. The support email is not yet configured; the Contact page explains the current fail-closed state. We may verify identity and retain limited records where legally or operationally required.

A response timeline will be published when a verified privacy contact channel is available.

Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 18. Do not submit a child's birth data.

Changes and data incidents

We will update the date on this page when this policy changes and provide additional notice for material changes where required. If a data incident requires notice, we will notify affected people and authorities as required by applicable law.
