Source Status Index
The Source Status Index keeps Source Notes Pack content reviewable before public samples, paid delivery, or future download decisions. It separates rewritten study notes from unresolved drafts, edition checks, and blocked material.
Status model
Planning notes stay private until source origin, review owner, and public use are checked.
Bibliographic status can be recorded while title, edition, archive, rights status, OCR status, and quote limits are checked.
Raw OCR, scans, unreviewed Word or TXT collections, long excerpts, private notes, birth data, and user data stay out.
Review checklist
- Record source title, edition, publisher or archive, rights status, OCR status, and cleanup status.
- Record quote length, attribution wording, public surface, review date, and remove-or-revise route.
- Keep internal drafts, raw files, and blocked material separate from public pages and paid delivery.
- Keep support and removal handling ready before source claims expand.
Pre-release gate
- Only owned rewrite can go directly to public glossary surfaces.
