Refund Policy
WeAcuRe is preparing small digital study products for cultural learning. This policy explains the intended refund path before hosted checkout is enabled.
Before paid checkout
The local prototype has no live checkout link yet. A WeAcuRe domain support email, checkout provider, and provider-specific refund terms must be confirmed before paid access is launched. Review Support Readiness and Delivery Readiness before accepting payments.
Planned refund handling
- Duplicate payments should be eligible for review and refund through the hosted checkout provider.
- Unavailable digital access should be handled through support first, with refund review when access cannot be restored.
- Delivered or downloaded digital files should follow the checkout provider terms and the access rules shown before purchase.
- Refund requests should use the WeAcuRe domain support email listed on the Contact page.
- Refund acknowledgement and status updates should use the same public support route.
Product boundary
The first candidate paid product is the Source Notes Pack: curated source notes, terminology, and study references. Paid products should not be sold as professional services, personal predictions, or outcome reports.
Purchase readiness path
Access issues should route through public support before refund review.
Payment records, email consent, and local chart input should not be merged by default.
