Payment Readiness
WeAcuRe plans to test small digital study products only after the checkout, support, refund, privacy, and email-consent boundaries are ready. This page documents what must be prepared before any live payment or waitlist endpoint is connected.
Current status
The early access form is disabled until consent and support details are ready.
Planned products should stay limited to source notes, clean exports, or glossary access.
Before checkout is enabled
- Set a public support email on the WeAcuRe domain.
- Review Platform Account Readiness before account setup or provider review.
- Review the Support Readiness path.
- Use Lemon Squeezy as the first provider candidate, with PayPal as the fallback route.
- Confirm the hosted checkout provider and keep credentials out of the repository.
- Review Checkout Application Dossier before opening the provider dashboard.
- Review Checkout Intent Boundary before showing a paid button.
- Update Pricing, Refund, Privacy, Terms, Contact, and FAQ with matching wording.
- Review the Provider Readiness checklist.
- Review Delivery Readiness before live checkout.
- Review the Membership Readiness access model.
- Confirm access delivery, refund handling, and support response expectations.
- Keep chart input separate from payment support and email contact records.
First payment test shape
One narrow digital study product is easier to review, deliver, support, and refund.
The site should link out to a hosted checkout and should not collect card data.
Use a simple delivery path before account login or saved member access exists.
Before email reactivation is enabled
- Collect email only after clear consent.
- Explain the purpose: early access updates, product readiness, and study material notices.
- Provide an unsubscribe path before sending any campaign.
- Review the Email Consent Boundary.
- Do not require birth date or chart output for marketing contact.
- Keep SMS as a later optional channel with separate explicit consent.
