Provider Readiness
WeAcuRe should use hosted providers only after support, privacy, payment terms, consent, refund, and data separation are ready. The current prototype has no live checkout, active form endpoint, email provider, or member database.
Current provider status
The early access form is disabled until consent records and support handling are ready.
No reactivation or product update email should be sent before unsubscribe is prepared.
Before hosted checkout
- Confirm product name, delivery path, refund, and support scope.
- Review Platform Accounts before provider accounts.
- Review Support and Checkout Intent before any paid button.
- Use hosted checkout links only; do not store card data or provider credentials in this site.
- Keep payment support records separate from birth data, chart output, and campaign records.
- Update Pricing, Refund, Privacy, Terms, Contact, and Payment Readiness before adding a link.
Provider route candidates
Preferred first route for digital study products with hosted checkout.
Hosted payment fallback if account, wording, support, and payout path pass review.
Start with one hosted route, one currency plan, one support channel, and one delivery model before adding alternatives.
Recommended first provider decision
Use Lemon Squeezy as the first provider candidate for Source Notes Pack. Keep PayPal as the fallback. Keep Stripe Payment Links and Paddle as later candidates until owner type, payout, tax, and review requirements are clearer.

- First currency: choose one currency for the initial validation test.
- First support path: public support email before checkout is enabled.

Provider comparison record
- Record whether the provider is Merchant of Record or payment service provider.
- Record country support, payout destination, owner type, review documents, fees, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and currencies.
- Record restricted business wording before submitting WeAcuRe for review.
- Do not connect provider scripts, checkout domains, API keys, or webhooks until the chosen route passes review.
Before hosted forms or email
- Collect only email, language, market, product interest, and explicit consent.
- Explain what users receive before they submit contact information.
- Prepare unsubscribe, deletion, export, and support request paths.
- Keep SMS as a later optional channel with separate explicit consent.
Before member access
- Prefer email-based access for the first paid study products.
- Document what the provider stores before login is enabled.
- Do not save chart history unless users clearly choose that feature.
- Review session expiry, rate limits, verification email, and account deletion flow.
