WeAcuRe should have a simple operating path before public traffic, checkout, forms, email, or measurement are enabled. Launch work should include checks, pause actions, support response, and recovery steps that keep the cultural study boundary intact.
Current operations posture
Pause campaigns, checkout, forms, or email if review or support signals are unclear.
Use the maintenance page only with a clear recovery path and post-fix verification.
Before launch day
- Run `npm run verify` and static desktop and mobile smoke checks.
- Confirm DNS, TLS, sitemap, robots, favicon, 404 page, maintenance page, and security headers.
- Confirm support email, refund path, privacy wording, terms, and use boundary are reachable.
- Review Policy Review Readiness before public growth channels are enabled.
- Confirm paid traffic pages, provider accounts, cost caps, and measurement boundaries are reviewed.
- Review the Launch Blocker Matrix before choosing the next manual platform action.
- Use the Manual Platform Action Checklist before opening external dashboards.
- Keep a short launch note with deploy time, commit hash, checks, and known disabled features.
Pause actions
- Pause paid campaigns if landing pages, support, privacy, or platform review questions appear.
- Remove live checkout links or form endpoints if refund, consent, delivery, or support paths are unclear.
- Pause email reactivation if unsubscribe, consent, or deletion request handling is not ready.
- Use the maintenance page when public access should temporarily stop during review or recovery.
Recovery actions
- Document the issue, affected pages, disabled feature, and support response before restoring traffic.
- Run verification and relevant smoke checks after any content, link, provider, or deployment change.
- Confirm no secrets, private source files, birth data, or unreviewed downloads were published.
- Restore campaigns, checkout, forms, or email only after the related readiness page is updated.
