Acceptance matrix before checkout
This matrix defines what must be true before the first paid Source Notes Pack is offered. It separates machine checks from manual platform work, content review, and customer-facing promises.
Acceptance levels
Support mailbox, refund route, delivery route, and hosted checkout provider must be verified.
Paid table of contents, owned rewrites, source-status labels, and blocked material need sign-off.
Pricing, delivery, refund, support, and use boundaries must be visible before checkout.
Manual blockers
- Cloudflare default preview URL is not reviewed.
- Support mailbox is not verified.
- Hosted checkout provider is not approved or sandbox-ready.
- Delivery route is not tested.
- Final source review is not signed off.
Blocked material
- No live checkout URL, form endpoint, provider secret, webhook secret, or platform account value.
- No customer list, birth data, chart output, support message, or private Obsidian note.
- No raw OCR file, scan image, unreviewed Word/TXT collection, or long source excerpt.
Activation sequence
- Finish machine-ready checks.
- Create and review the Cloudflare default preview.
- Verify support mailbox and delivery route.
- Prepare hosted checkout product in the provider dashboard.
- Keep checkout URL only in local environment or provider dashboard.
- Run live-provider security recheck and final browser smoke checks.
- Enable a small paid validation only after the acceptance matrix passes.
